How do I place an order?

Simply browse thru the Wild View Web Store by manufacturer and select the product you would like purchase by clicking "Add to Shopping Cart". Orders can then be processed by by telephone, mail or online using "PayPal" a secure payment site. PayPal’s industry-leading fraud prevention measures and one-of-a-kind method of keeping financial information private provide a safe way to pay online. All orders will be entered into our system during business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm central time Monday thru Friday. We will send you e-mail confirmation of your order with the estimated arrival date once the order is entered into our system.


Delivery?

* We ship most products from our warehouse, but some may ship direct from the manufacturer. All goods are shipped with a reputable national carrier who will deliver the package to your door.

* Items in stock are normally delivered within 7 business days.

* Out of stock items will be placed on back order and are typically available within 14 working days. Our customer service department will work closely with our suppliers to ensure a speedy delivery for all back ordered items.

Can I cancel or return my order?

If we have not shipped your items, we will cancel your order. If we have already shipped your items, we will contact you and arrange a return. We will issue a full refund less any shipping & handling charges incurred when the items arrive back with us unopened and in their original condition within 60 days. If the items have been removed from the original packaging a 20% re-stocking fee or credit towards another item in our store will be applied. Items retained for more than 60 days will not be accepted for a full refund.

* An item has arrived damaged – what should I do?

We will make every effort to ensure that everything we ship is packaged correctly. We appreciate that damages occur from time to time. It is important that you advise us of any damage within 24 hours of receipt.

* An incorrect item has been delivered – what should I do?

We take care to send you the items you have ordered. Occasionally there are errors in our warehouse, if you find you have been shipped the wrong item please contact us within 24 hours. We will get the correct item shipped out immediately.

* I have received a delivery and some items are missing – what should I do?

Please bear in mind that some products may be dispatched from several locations and therefore may arrive separately. If items do not arrive per your shipping confirmation, please contact us for additional tracking information.

Occasionally things can go wrong with a product and we want you to be able to resolve issues in a timely manner.
